Share these when you contact us, and your shipment moves without delay. The tracking code especially — a shipment without one can't be matched to you at the warehouse.
Product image
A photo of what's shipping — helps us identify it at the warehouse and plan the right freight mode.
Packing list
Weight, CBM and contents. Optional for air and express if you don't have one yet, but it makes everything smoother.
Shipping mark
A code we assign you, used on every box for tracking and communication.
Tracking code
Your courier's tracking number for the leg into our warehouse. We use it for every step that follows.
While it's moving
You're told twice.

- 2Bangladesh arrival — once customs clearance is complete, so you can arrange pickup or delivery.
